I believe that it's never a failure, always a lesson, and to let go of your anchor so you can sail away!

Axel Rivera, MSW

Hi, I’m Axel! Are you a young adult feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the pressures of professional life or personal growth? Are you navigating transitions and seeking a path that aligns with your values and goals? Taking the step to begin therapy can feel intimidating, but you've already made a courageous choice by considering it.
-
As a strengths-based therapist, my role is to support and empower you, while helping you uncover the resilience and skills within yourself to tackle challenges. With a focus on young adults, I aim to create a collaborative space where we can explore how past experiences shape your present and work together to reframe limiting beliefs, to build a more fulfilling future. Let’s begin this journey together!
